Other policies and additional services

Persons per room: Ask by the maximum of persons allowed according to the type of room:

  • King and King Bay View Room Maximum 2 adults and 1 child (up to 12 years), using the existing furniture.

  • Twin and Twin Bay View Maximum 2 persons.

  • Junior Suite, Suite, Suite Bay View and Superior Suite Bay View Maximum 2 adults and 2 children with extra bed available upon request.

  • Aditional bed: USD 50 the night.

Crib:      Hotel courtesy. Ask for it in advance so that we should prepare it before your arrival. Subject to availability.

Pets: Not allowed. Only assistance animals with certificate.

Non-smoking: We are a smoke free hotel inside, ask for our smoking area. In case of smoking in non-permitted areas, a special odour cleaning will be carried out that has a cost of USD 150 which will be charged to the room.

Published rates and additional service fees do not include 19% tax.

Tax Exemption        

Non-resident foreigners may be exempt from payment of the 19% tax. To give effect to this exemption, you must pay your stay in US dollars or with international credit card, also presenting your passport and  stamped immigration document, at the time of checking-in (not valid for companies).

Guarantee policies

As a guarantee of your reservation, the hotel asks for a valid credit card at the time of booking. In wich it could be made a "retention", not a charge of the first night stay plus tax. The retention only becomes effective if the person does not show up or cancel out of the deadline. This detent is released once you arrive to the hotel.

Companies with corporate agreement can consult for other guarantees to the mail ventas.chile@atton.com

Important: It is necessary to consider that there are banks that can delay up to 72 hours in releasing a retention and up to 5 days if you pay your stay with a card other than the one used for the guarantee.

Cancellations and modifications

To cancel or modify your reservation free of charge, you must do it before 3:00 pm the day before your arrival, as long as it is not a "non-refundable promotional rate". We recommend that you do so within that time limit to avoid additional charges (first night rate plus tax). If you made your reservation directly with an Atton executive, contact our team at reservas.chile@atton.com. If you made it through our website www.atton.com, you can modify it direcrtly clicking the reservation number that apears in the confirmation email that we sent you. By the contrary, if it was made through a third party website, the modifications must be arranged by same channel where the reservation was made.

Early departures

If you need your leave the hotel before the scheduled date, you only have to inform us to the mail reservas.chile@atton.com, at least 24 hours before the new date of departure. This, to avoid being charged for an extra night. It is important that you do this by mail, to make a backup of your request.

No show

In case of not showing up (not present at the hotel having a reservation and not cancel), the amount corresponding to the value of the first night of stay plus the tax will be charged.

Payment Methods

Our accepted payment methods are: credit card, debit and cash; in local currency or dollars.

Group Policy

To book 10 or more rooms, conditions and rates are different from published ones. Please contact us at ventas.chile@atton.com to quote according to your needs.
