La Parva is a unique winter resort, exclusive and with the characteristics of a snow town. Its 15 tracks and 14 cable cars are chosen every year by beginners and experts, as a training center. Even from international teams like the United States, France and Slovakia.

This world-class Ski Center is located 3,500 meters high, has 40 kilometers of snow sports, 22 tracks and 19 terraces. The Colorado is connected to Farellones, has restaurants, equipment rental and everything you need for your passage.

Advice Never Left …

1. Minimum equipment: it is very important to go very well equipped to snow. If it’s your first time or you do not have the complete equipment, lease what you need. It is usually more convenient to do it in Santiago, before going up.

2. The way: the road has 40 sharp curves, if you are going to go by car, the chains – no matter how the day – are obligatory. On the way there are stalls that rent chains. It is possible that you suffer from some dizziness, we recommend you to stop on the road if you do not feel well, open the window, always look straight ahead and if you know that you get dizzy, possibly some medication will do you good.

3. Choose the track for your level: all ski centers have tracks for different levels. The green tracks are to start and if you feel like you’re up for more, you can get on the red tracks. Black is the most difficult. Luck!

4. Take care: walk slowly, controlling your movements, remember that on the track you are not alone and that you can hit other skiers. Hydrate, between exercise and height, your body will need it. Respect the safety regulations. Do not stop in the middle of the track, you should always stop at the sides. The skier who goes ahead of you is the one who always has the preference.

And the best of all…

At Atton Hotels, you can enjoy the best rest, the best location to continue with a wide gastronomic offer, shopping, an exquisite buffet breakfast included, free high-speed Wi-fi and much more. We will wait for you!
